At House Of Charms, we understand how much your jewelry means to you. Our mission will always be to provide beautiful, expressive jewelry that can be enjoyed for a lifetime. For this reason, we include a free 2 year Warranty on every order

Crafted from resilient stainless steel, our jewelry endures sweat, showers, and even beach days without losing its color. We have designed each piece to resist wear & tear but if damage occurs, we'll send you a new replacement for free.  

 
 

WHAT DOES OUR WARRNTY COVER?

  • If a charm breaks or becomes defective at any time.
  • If any portion of your bracelet rusts or turns your wrist green.
  • Chips, scratches or nicks in materials given at time of delivery.
  • Any stains or extreme blemishes on the charm at time of delivery.
 
 

Exceptions to our warranty

Our warranty does not apply if you:

  • Received what you asked for but simply changed your mind.
  • Found an alternative & decided you have no use for it.
  • Misused the product in any way that caused the problem.
  • Attempt to fabricate defects by using photos of someone else's charm bracelet.
